《建炎以来系年要录》是南宋李心传以《高宗日历》、《中兴小历》等史书为基础，参考各类官书及百余种私家记载、文集、传记、行状、碑铭等史料，认真考订，仿李焘《续资治通鉴长编》体例编成的一部编年体历史著作。该书二百卷，详细记述了南宋建炎元年至绍兴三十二年的史事，对宋高宗一代的政治、军事、经济、文化史料有大量记载，是研究南宋历史的必备典籍。本书是它的点校整理本。
